VIXE exists to bring underrepresented perspectives in life science into greater visibility, foster a community where people feel included and represented, create meaningful exchange across different backgrounds and paths, and empower individuals through connections, mentorship and opportunities for growth.
VIXE starts in Poland, building a community that is locally rooted and internationally open.We focus on perspectives shaped by identity, cultural background and migration, neurodiversity, life circumstances, unconventional career paths, and other experiences that may remain underrepresented.Our community connects people across pharma, biotech, MedTech, clinical research, academia, healthcare and entrepreneurship.We aim to bring this mission to life through storytelling, community building, meaningful encounters and mentorship. We will start small and evolve our activities based on the needs of the community.

Personal Data We CollectWhen you contact VIXE or submit a form through our website, we may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:- name;

How Your Data Is ProcessedInformation submitted through the VIXE website may be processed using Carrd, which hosts the VIXE website and provides website functionality.Communications and information submitted through the website may be received and stored through Zoho Mail, which VIXE uses to manage email communications.These service providers may process personal data in accordance with their respective privacy and data protection arrangements. Carrd explicitly notes that data collected by its users from visitors to their individual Carrd sites is the responsibility of those users, so your own VIXE privacy notice remains important.Depending on the services and infrastructure used by these providers, personal data may in some circumstances be processed or accessed outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, such transfers should be subject to safeguards required under applicable data protection law. Zoho states, for example, that data for accounts using its EU data centre is stored within the EU, although access from outside the EEA may occur in certain support circumstances.5. Access to Your DataPersonal data will initially be managed by the VIXE initiative lead.
